Moorswood produce wax cotton and tweed Field Rugs which are an environmentally conscious alternative to your standard picnic blanket. We had the absolute pleasure collaborating with wonderful Charlie and Laura when they asked us to work with them on their new brand.
We were trilled with this collaboration because a project like this ticks so many boxes for us. A purpose led vision that has the planet in mind and with the added joy of getting people outside.
While working on the brief together it was decided that we should honour the heritage feel of the materials used in the Field Rugs while also presenting a clean, crisp, considered side. The colour pallet is also inspired by the outdoors.
We love the resulting logo. The MW mark, within the square, reads the same no matter which way up it resides and when on its side, it also reminds us of the signs used here in the Devon countryside to mark footpaths and trails.
